Pregnancy and Baby
Squeezy helps women to remember to do their pelvic floor muscle (kegel) exercises and to do them in the right way.
Who is it suitable for?
Squeezy is suitable for women who want to exercise their pelvic floor muscles, but it is particularly aimed at women who are following a specialist exercise programme set by a physiotherapist.
How do I access it?
Squeezy costs £2.99 from the App Store or Google Play.
How does it work?
The app reminds you when you need to exercise and you can record the number of exercises you've completed.
It comes pre-set with a standard set of exercises, but it can be personalised with a programme set by a specialist physiotherapist.
It has visual and audio features to help you with your programme.
You can share your exercise record with physiotherapists to help them decide on further treatment programmes.
