Use the app's learning modules to prevent day-to-day problems from holding you back, manage fear, and improve your happiness and wellbeing. New modules will be added on a regular basis.
The app's tracking system lets you monitor up to 3 symptoms to help you better understand the feelings you are experiencing and recognise behavioural patterns, which can be recorded in a secure online diary.
